Job summary

Domus is seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care professional to lead a brand new Supported Living service in Brierfield, Lancashire. The role focuses on person-centred planning, health and well-being, and empowering independence for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with CQC knowledge, or a Service Manager/Deputy ready to step up, with a proven supervisory background in care settings in the last 3 years.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Social Care qualification (minimum).
• Willing to work towards NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Service Manager in Supported Living or Residential.
• Supervisory experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams in person centred planning and support.
• Ensure tailored support plans are created, reviewed and developed.
• Monitor health and well-being, report changes to professionals.
• Empower independence and growth for the people supported.
• Support business development objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain quality assurance records and action improvements.
• Oversee financial planning and budgetary control for the service.
