Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a locality of Supported Living and Community services across Hull. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring outstanding, person-centred support and strict compliance with CQC regulations.

In this hands-on role you will drive service improvement, manage risk and quality assurance, and build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in Supported Living or similar services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, legislation and best practice.
• Experience leading and developing teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for Supported Living and Community services across Hull.
• Lead, manage and develop a high-performing care and support team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
• Deliver outstanding, person-centred outcomes for the people supported.
• Oversee support planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
