Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care professional to take managerial responsibility for a small Supported Living service in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

As Registered Manager you will lead a committed team, ensure high standards of care, maintain compliance with CQC regulations, and build strong relationships with families and external professionals while promoting person-centred approaches.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in social care settings.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources and performance.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and fostering team development.

Domus are on the lookout for a dedicated Health and Social Care professional to take managerial responsibility for a small Supported Living service in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Service or Registered Manager to join a highly reputable provider of specialist health and social care and support in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated leader who wants to make a difference to the lives of the people supported, promoting Person Centered Approaches and Values, Inclusion, and Independence. As one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK, the Service Manager in Scarborough must be a great ambassador, championing their beliefs and representing the values outlined in the mission statement.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

Service Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership/management role within social care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance effectively
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and fostering team development
• Full UK driving licence (not essential)
