Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a locality of Supported Living and Community Support services in Doncaster. You will oversee person-centred support for adults in their own homes across four properties, ensuring independence and high-quality care.

You will require strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and current social care legislation, with the ability to lead Service Managers and teams while reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience at management level within a social care environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and social care standards.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for service quality and CQC compliance across the locality.
• Provide effective leadership across Supported Living and Community Support services.
• Lead and support Service Managers and wider teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Build strong relationships with staff, the people supported, families and commissioners.
• Promote independence and ensure the people supported achieve their individual goals.
• Ensure services operate in line with relevant legislation and social care standards.
• Contribute to the Senior Management Team and help shape future development.
• Maintain strong oversight of service quality and compliance.
• Lead services supporting individuals in their own homes and within Supported Living environments.
