Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a refrigeration engineer to service supermarket refrigeration systems across the Oxfordshire area. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and repairing supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Valid UK driver's license required.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required.
• CO2 qualification required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems on-site across your patch.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs to high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a mobile, on-road role.

Skills

Valid UK driver's license

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
