Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service a range of multi-site retail clients across Guildford, Croydon and South West London. You will conduct diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, delivering excellent customer service on every site visit.

This is a mobile, field-based role with a 45-hour week and an on-call rotation. You must hold a full UK driving licence, F-Gas (2079) and CO2 qualifications, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) is mandatory.
• CO2 qualification is required.
• Excellent communication and time management are essential.
• Strong work ethic with health & safety awareness is expected.

Responsabilités

• Service supermarket refrigeration systems across the patch.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs to high quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every site visit.
• Be on the road in a mobile role with varied daily tasks.

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
