Job summary

Arcus FM in London is hiring an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer to service our multi-site retail clients. This mobile role keeps supermarket systems running across your patch with high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll work around South West London, with a 45-hour week, on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks), a company van and fuel card, door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave, and enhanced overtime rates.

Qualifications

• Refrigeration or air conditioning engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079-11) required.
• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain supermarket refrigeration/air conditioning systems across multiple sites.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs to a high standard.
• Provide outstanding customer service while on-site and on the road.
• Adhere to health & safety standards and company policies.
• Work in a mobile role with a flexible patch across South West London.

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration / air conditioning systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
