Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing supermarket refrigeration across the Birmingham patch. You’ll perform high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs with a strong focus on customer service.

This mobile, hands‑on role is 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with an on‑call rota. The package includes £51,261 salary, company van and fuel card, door‑to‑door pay, 25 days’ annual leave, enhanced overtime and an annual

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 qualification.
• Supermarket refrigeration experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• On-site diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs of supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Mobile role covering your patch with strong customer service.
• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday; on-call rota 1 in 4 weeks.

About the Job

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

To be successful you will have:

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification

• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
