Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration systems across our national patch. You’ll be on the road in a mobile role, performing diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on customer service.

This hands-on role requires a valid UK driver’s license, F-Gas and CO2 qualifications, and supermarket refrigeration experience. Expect a 45-hour week with an on-call rota, and opportunities for career progression within Arcus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
• Carry out high‑quality diagnostics and hands‑on repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
