Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service our multi-site retail clients across the Guildford and Woking area.

This is a mobile, on‑the‑road role: you’ll diagnose, repair and maintain supermarket refrigeration systems, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

You’ll receive a company van and fuel card, door‑to‑door pay, 25 days of holiday, overtime at time‑and‑a‑half, and an annual bonus (up to 4%).

Qualifikationen

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience, preferably in supermarket environments.
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079) and CO2 qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
