Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service a range of multi-site retail clients, travelling across the patch and delivering high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs.

The role is mobile, requires a valid UK license and F-Gas/C&G 2079, with strong safety awareness. Arcus FM offers a competitive salary, a company van, on-call rota, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience is essential.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required.
• CO2 qualification is desirable.
• Experience with supermarket refrigeration is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Health & safety awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Service supermarket refrigeration systems across the patch with diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Be on the road in a mobile role delivering high-quality customer service; no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
