Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across Devon on a mobile patch. You will diagnose, maintain and repair systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

This field-based role involves 45 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and an on-call rota. A valid UK driving licence, F-Gas (2079) and CO2 qualification are essential, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required.
• Refrigeration engineering experience essential.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required.
• CO2 qualification preferred.
• Experience in supermarket refrigeration desirable.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Good work ethic with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Devon and wider areas servicing supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs with high-quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license


• Refrigeration engineering experience


• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)

• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:
