Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across Devon and Torbay. This hands-on mobile role requires diagnosing, maintaining and repairing systems while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota. A company van, fuel card and door-to-door pay accompany a strong rewards package including 25 days’ leave, enhanced overtime, and up to 4% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver's license
• Refrigeration engineering experience required
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems on-site across your patch.
• Provide high-quality diagnostics and excellent customer service on every visit.

About the Job

You'll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

To be successful you will have:
