Qualifikationen

• Experience as Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Partner.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Supply Chain recruitment would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and winning repeat business.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and relationship-led approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop an established Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical recruitment desk.
• Deliver full 360 recruitment solutions across permanent vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider UK.
• Source, interview and place skilled professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management.
• Generate repeat business and grow existing accounts.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Managing and developing an established Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical recruitment desk
• Delivering full 360 recruitment solutions across permanent vacancies
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider UK
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing skilled professionals
• Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management
• Generating repeat business and growing existing accounts
• Working closely with a supportive team of experienced recruiters

About You

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Partner
• Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Supply Chain recruitment would be advantageous
