Job summary

Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Scunthorpe team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop client relationships and win new business, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to candidates and clients.

You will drive revenue, exceed targets, and mentor junior consultants while taking ownership of your market through proactive business development and networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for increased business.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, market research and proactive sales activity.
• Source, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategy, market conditions and salary levels.
• Manage interviews, offers and negotiations through to successful placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM.
• Build a strong network and reputation within your specialist market.
• Meet and exceed individual billing, revenue and activity targets.
• Support and mentor junior and trainee consultants where required.
• Contribute to team strategy, best practice and the wider growth of the business.
