Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment in Chesterfield is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a warm desk spanning Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors. You will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle on a hybrid basis, with established clients and live vacancies to hit from day one.

This role offers up to £45,000 basic with uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and clear progression to leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment agency experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and billing success.
• Commercial mindset to maximise earnings.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics or Technical recruitment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Building and developing existing client relationships.
• Generating new business opportunities and growing accounts.
• Recruiting across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies.
• Managing multiple live vacancies simultaneously.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a profitable recruitment desk across either /or Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors.

• Recruiting across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience within a 360 recruitment role
• Strong business development and account management skills
• A proven track record of revenue generation and billing success
• A commercial mindset and desire to maximise earnings
• Experience within Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics or Technical recruitment would be advantageous
