Smile Education Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in 360 recruitment. Take your career to the next level with uncapped commission, established client relationships and clear progression into leadership.

You will build and grow your own 360 desk, develop strong client and candidate relationships, source and interview candidates, and deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions from a central Manchester office with hybrid working.

The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Location: Manchester City Centre

Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

• Full UK driving licenceis essential
• Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant (any sector)
• Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
• Ambitious individuals looking to develop their career in 360 recruitment
