Job summary

Talented People is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Crawley team. You will take ownership of an established desk, win new business and manage both temporary and permanent recruitment, delivering tailored solutions to clients.

You will develop client relationships, source and place high-quality candidates, and mentor junior consultants as part of a collaborative, target-driven environment. This role offers strong earning potential and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.
• Experience within Transport, Logistics, Industrial or Driving recruitment would be advantageous.
• A strong track record in business development, account management and candidate delivery.
• A proven billing history and a genuine desire to maximise your earnings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• The ambition to develop your own desk and progress your career.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk.
• Recruit for both temporary and permanent positions.
