Job summary

Randstad Digital UK in London is seeking an experienced 360 IT / Tech Consultant to join our growing Digital team. You’ll cover the full recruitment process from proactively prospecting, winning and converting target accounts across your sector, taking full commercial responsibility for growing your own portfolio while managing the candidates journey.

You will build client relationships, source and present IT talent, and write compelling job ads, all while working flexibly with remote work

Qualifications

• Experience in IT permanent recruitment, with both new business development and recruiting.
• Proven track record building client relationships and managing key accounts.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and presenting IT candidates to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently within a team.

• Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in IT permanent recruitment, covering both new business development and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the IT talent market.
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
