Job summary

Pertemps Logistic Contracts is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The role is based across our client sites in Wakefield WF6 and Doncaster DN8, with travel between them.

You will manage adverts, screen applicants, conduct onboarding, perform right-to-work checks, and build strong client relationships while using CRM, Online Candidate Portal, and Unity. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced logistics staffing

• Previous recruitment experience is needed
• Uk driving licence is required
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answer recruitment enquiries
• Screen, process and onboard candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy in the start-to-end recruitment process
• Manage internal systems: CRM, Online Candidate Portal, Unity
• Produce reports on worker information (sickness, attendance)
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost performance
• Hold key client relationships
• Deputise for senior contract manager when required

Key responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answering recruitment enquires
• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance
• Hold key client relationships
• Deputise for senior contract manager when required
