Concept Recruitment Group Ltd in Wakefield city centre is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Wakefield/Leeds hub in Wakefield. You will work in the industrial temporary market, delivering exceptional service to long-standing clients while identifying opportunities to grow both existing and new business.

The role involves some early morning and evening site check-ins in Wakefield and Leeds, plus weekend on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience on a temporary desk, preferably in Industrial sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends on-call rota.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues.
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial temporary recruitment desk and service existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow both existing and new clients.
• Coordinate site visits and client check-ins in Wakefield and Leeds.
• Participate in weekend on-call rota.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

£28k per annum plus commission and benefits

Concept Recruitment are a leading provider of temporary, permanent and contract staffing solutions in the North of England and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in our busy Wakefield/Leeds hub based in Wakefield city centre.

You will be working within the industrial temporary market providing an exceptional service to our current, long standing clients whilst identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new business.

Industrial recruitment involves some early morning and evening check-ins on our clients’ sites both in Wakefield and Leeds, along with being part of the weekend on call rota. Flexibility in terms of working hours, a full clean driving licence, and own transport are essential.

• Previous experience of working on a temporary desk (preferably in the Industrial sector)
• The ability to work re-actively and proactively and at times under pressure
• Flexibility to meet the working hours of our clients (including on call)
• A genuine desire to be successful and exceed targets
• Confident communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
• A full, clean driving licence and own transport
