Job description

A Recruitment Consultant position is available with Pertemps DHL in Avonmouth, offering a salary between £28,500 and £29,000 per annum. This permanent role operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours, and part-time arrangements will be considered. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for warehouse candidates, from placing adverts and screening applicants to conducting right-to-work checks and onboarding new starters.

Daily duties include handling enquiries, monitoring worker performance, and managing sickness and attendance reports. Proficiency with CRM systems, online portals, and Unity is essential. Strong accuracy and organisational skills are required to maintain seamless processes. You will also engage with colleagues regularly to support workforce morale and operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible and part time can be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answering recruitment enquires
• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance
