Job summary

Pertemps Logistic Contracts is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support two client sites across Wakefield (WF6) and Doncaster (DN8). The role is based on two client locations with travel between sites.

The position is a full-time, 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, requiring strong recruitment and client relationship skills. You will manage adverts, candidate screening, onboarding, right-to-work checks, and performance management of warehouse staff, while using CRM systems

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is required.
• Ability to work across multiple client sites.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
• Answer recruitment enquiries.
• Screen, process and onboarding candidates for induction & training.
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates.
• Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process.
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity.
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance.
• Hold key client relationships.
• Deputise for senior contract manager when required.
