Job summary

Pertemps Logistic Contracts is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Normanton team. The role runs Monday to Friday with flexible hours, ideally part-time. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse staff, from advertising to onboarding.

Requires strong communication, team-working ability and proficiency with Excel/Word. You will work on-site in Normanton, Wakefield, supporting efficient staffing across sites.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
• Answer recruitment enquiries.
• Screen, process and onboard candidates for induction & training.
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates.
• Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
• Ensure accuracy throughout the start-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity.
• Produce reports on worker information including sickness and attendance.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance.

Reports to: Senior Contract Manager

This role is Monday to Friday

Hours ar flexible - ideally part time hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answering recruitment enquires
• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance

Key behavioural skills:
