Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team. You will support clients and their operations by sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.

We offer full-time or part-time hours, with a 09:00–17:00 schedule, full training, and opportunities to learn and grow in a developing company. A driving licence is required; previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment needs and client requirements with management.
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to clients.
• Source candidates using CV databases, job boards, open days.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Register new candidates and ensure compliance.
• Support the team with recruitment administration.

Ideal Recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Doncaster, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you'll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration
