Pertemps Logistic Contracts in Avonmouth, Bristol, seeks an experienced recruitment consultant. The role supports warehouse recruitment across sites with flexible, part-time hours considered.

You will manage recruitment inquiries, screening, onboarding and compliance, while using CRM and Unity to track candidate progress. Strong communication, organisation and accuracy are essential, with previous recruitment experience required.

Qualifications

• Prev. recruitment experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse/industrial roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across sites.
• Answer recruitment inquiries and screen, process and onboard candidates.
• Complete right-to-work checks for all candidates.
• Monitor performance and manage sickness/attendance reporting.
• Maintain CRM, online portal and Unity records with accuracy.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost team performance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible and part time can be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites


• Answering recruitment enquires


• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training


• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates


• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues


• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process


• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity


• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.


• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance

Key behavioural skills:

• To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written.


• To work effectively as part of a team but also confident working alone.


• Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.


• Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times.


• PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
