The Ivy Collection is seeking a charismatic Senior Receptionist to join our renowned hospitality team in London. You will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional first impression to guests and supporting the Reception Manager to lead an efficient front-of-house team.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist

includes ensuringall our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
