Job summary

The Ivy Collection seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at our Harrogate location. You will inform guests about the restaurant and current specials, and convey allergen information to the kitchen accurately.

The role requires excellent English and a passion for guest satisfaction, in a supportive team environment. We offer competitive pay, an hourly contract with minimum 20 hours, staff discounts, and development opportunities through our Management

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
