Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our acclaimed UK restaurant brand in Cambridge. You will play a key role in delivering a warm, professional guest experience and support the Reception Manager to run a smooth front-of-house operation.

Ideal candidates will have excellent English, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy leading a team in a high-volume setting, with opportunities for development and a minimum 20-hour contract.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist includes ensuringall our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
