Jodie AI is a UK company building an AI receptionist for busy businesses. Jodie answers calls, captures the important details and helps owners get back to customers, even when they can't pick up themselves.

Work alongside our London team, with direct access to the people building and supporting Jodie. You will own production React/TypeScript features and ensure accessible, responsive interfaces that scale with user needs.

What you'll own

• Ship accessible React and TypeScript features from customer problem to production.
• Make loading, empty, error and live-update states feel deliberate and dependable.
• Build reusable interface patterns with design, and keep the application responsive as it grows.
• Use product feedback, tests and performance measurements to improve real customer journeys.

What you'll bring

• Experience owning production React applications with TypeScript.
• Sound judgement about state, server data, component boundaries and testing.
• Ability to work closely with design and backend engineers and explain your trade-offs.

Useful, but not essential

Real-time interfaces, SaaS onboarding, design systems and performance profiling.

You don't need a particular degree or every nice-to-have. Show us the relevant workyou've done and how you think.

Your first 90 days

A starting point we'll shape together, with clear priorities and support.

• By day 30

  Learn the main user journeys and ship a focused interface improvement.

• By day 60

  Own a complete customer-facing feature with accessible interactions and useful tests.

• By day 90

  Improve a measurable usability or performance issue and strengthen a shared interface pattern.

Where and when you'll work

Full-time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Work primarily from our London HQ during UK business hours. Discuss any flexibility you need at the first conversation.

Tell us your location and whether you need visa sponsorship when you apply. We will discuss feasibility early; sponsorship and relocation support are not guaranteed.

Annual base salary, before tax
