Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the REACH Compliance Programme in Lincoln on a 12‑month contract. You will coordinate four programme branches, restore momentum, and ensure governance, risk management, and timely regulatory engagement at senior levels.

The role requires proven senior programme management in regulated environments, with a focus on delivery, business continuity, and accountability across stakeholders and MD‑level leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven senior programme management experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong track record delivering cross-function programmes with governance and reporting.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance programmes, preferably REACH or equivalent.
• Ability to influence senior technical and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme and establish governance, cadence, controls, milestones.
• Lead the integration of four programme branches and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Drive recovery of a high‑profile programme with momentum, clarity and accountability.
• Ensure compliant, controlled delivery of product modification plans and regulatory responses.
• Engage regulatory bodies and external stakeholders with timely, robust reporting.
