Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the REACH Compliance Programme on a 12-month rolling contract based in the East of England. You will restore programme control, drive delivery across multiple workstreams, and engage with regulatory bodies and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven senior programme management experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience managing large portfolios or multi-workstream programmes with compliance and stakeholder complexity.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance programmes; REACH experience is advantageous.
• Experience restoring momentum and delivering through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme and establish governance, cadence, controls and milestones.
• Lead integration of four programme branches, making dependencies and risks visible and managed.
• Drive recovery of a complex programme to restore momentum and confidence among stakeholders.
• Ensure product modification plans are delivered in a controlled way maintaining commitments and compliance.
• Challenge delays and competing priorities while maintaining leadership alignment.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders; ensure robust and timely programme responses.
• Provide clear reporting to MD and senior leadership on progress, risks and actions.
• Build trust across technical, operational, compliance and leadership communities to secure commitment to outcomes.
