Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead the REACH Compliance Programme for a global power technology leader. The role drives governance, delivery across multiple workstreams, and engagement with regulators to restore programme momentum.

The position involves senior stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and ensuring business continuity while delivering change within a highly regulated engineering environment.

Qualifications

Proven senior programme management experience in complex, regulated environments.
Experience managing large portfolios or multi-workstream programmes with compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance programmes; REACH experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme governance, cadence, controls, milestones and decision routes.
Lead integration of four programme branches with visibility on dependencies, risks, actions and priorities.
Drive recovery of a complex programme, delivering clarity, pace and accountability.
Ensure modifications are delivered to protect commitments, continuity and regulatory compliance.
Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders; provide robust, timely responses.
Report progress, risks and recovery actions to senior leadership and MD.
