NES Fircroft is recruiting a REACH Programme Manager for a global power‑technology leader. This is a 12‑month contract, hybrid, based in Lincoln, reporting to the Head of EHS, with oversight across four programme branches focused on REACH compliance for protective coating applications on aeroderivative gas turbines.

Qualifications

• Proven senior programme management experience in complex engineering, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance programmes; REACH experience is advantageous.
• Experience leading multi‑workstream programmes with governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme and establish governance, milestones, and decision routes.
• Lead integration of four programme branches, manage dependencies, risks and resources.
• Drive momentum recovery for a complex programme while maintaining regulatory and customer commitments.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and senior stakeholders with timely, robust reporting.
