Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a REACH Programme Manager on a 12 month rolling contract based in East of England. The Senior Programme Manager will lead the REACH Compliance Programme, driving delivery across multiple workstreams and ensuring regulatory engagement and continuity.

The role reports to the Head of EHS and oversees four branches: materials compliance, business continuity, regulations and transformation.

Qualifications

Senior programme management experience in regulated environments such as engineering, manufacturing or aerospace.
Demonstrable track record managing large portfolios or multi-workstream programmes.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance programmes, REACH experience is advantageous.
Proven ability to operate at MD/senior leadership level with concise insight and robust challenge.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme with governance, cadences, controls, milestones and decision routes.
Lead integration of four programme branches ensuring dependencies, risks, actions and resources are visible and managed.
Drive recovery of a complex programme to restore momentum, pace, accountability and stakeholder confidence.
Ensure product modification plans are delivered in a controlled way protecting customer commitments and regulatory compliance.
Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders; provide robust, timely programme responses.
Provide clear reporting to MD and senior leadership on progress, risks, and recovery actions.
Build trust across technical, operational, compliance, commercial and leadership communities to secure programme outcomes.
