Job summary

NES Fircroft, recruiting for a REACH Programme Manager, seeks a senior leader to own the REACH Compliance Programme for our client in the UK. Located in Lincoln with hybrid working, this 12-month contract role reports to the Head of EHS and oversees four key branches: materials compliance, business continuity, regulations, and transformation.

The ideal candidate has proven senior programme management experience in regulated environments and will drive delivery, governance, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven senior programme management experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-workstreams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance programmes; REACH experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme governance, milestones and decision routes.
• Lead integration of four programme branches with visibility on risks, actions and resources.
• Drive recovery of a momentum-lost programme, ensuring delivery and stakeholder confidence.
• Ensure compliant delivery of product modification plans protecting customer commitments and continuity.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders; provide concise reporting to leadership.
