Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead the REACH Compliance Programme for a global leader in power technology. The role focuses on bringing protective coating applications for aeroderivative gas turbines into REACH compliance, restoring programme control and delivering across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Senior programme management experience in complex engineering/regulatory environments.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programmes with compliance and stakeholder complexity.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance programmes; REACH experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme, establishing governance, cadence, controls, milestones, and decision routes.
• Lead integration of four programme branches, manage dependencies, risks, actions, resources and priorities.
• Drive recovery of a complex programme, restoring momentum with clear accountability and stakeholder confidence.
• Ensure modification plans are delivered in a controlled way, protecting customer commitments and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders; provide robust, timely programme responses.
• Provide concise reporting to MD and senior leadership on progress, risks, and recovery actions.
