Ferrovial Construction is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Track North Commercial Team in Birmingham. You will contribute to commercial governance, cost control and change management across the Track North portfolio for HS2 Phase One.

In this role you will administer main contracts and supply chain agreements, manage payments, and provide robust commercial reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment with stakeholders and partners to safeguard the JV's position.

Competenze

• Degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost management and commercial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the commercial management of the Track North portfolio, including cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Administer the main contract and supply chain agreements in accordance with contractual and governance requirements.
• Manage commercial change, including compensation events, variations and value recovery activities.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and subcontract management.
• Assess applications for payment and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, providing clear advice to project stakeholders.
• Build effective working relationships with project teams, clients and supply chain partners whilst protecting the JV's commercial position.
