Ferrovial Construction in Birmingham seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join the Track North Commercial Team. You will help manage cost control, contracts and commercial reporting across the HS2 Track North portfolio.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with strong contract administration skills. NEC experience is desirable; rail or major infra project experience is a plus. Be part of a leading UK infrastructure programme.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong contract administration and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: experience with NEC contracts.
• Desirable: rail or major infrastructure project experience.

Mansioni

• Support commercial management of Track North portfolio with cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Administer the main contract and supply chain agreements per governance.
• Manage commercial change including compensation events, variations and value recovery.
• Support procurement, tender evaluations and subcontract management.
• Assess payment applications and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities with clear stakeholder advice.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, clients and supply chain partners while protecting JV position.
