Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham to join the Track North Commercial Team. You will help manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting for a high-profile HS2 project, administering main contracts and supply chain agreements.

Ideal candidates have a degree inQuantity Surveying, strong contract administration skills, and experience with change management, procurement, and holding robust stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced infrastructure

Competenze

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying with professional recognition.
Experience in quantity surveying or commercial management on major projects.
Strong contract administration, cost control and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Support commercial management of the Track North portfolio with cost control, forecasting and reporting.
Administer main contracts and supply chain agreements in line with governance.
Manage commercial change, variations and compensation events.
Support procurement activities and subcontract management.
Assess payment applications and maintain accurate commercial records.
