Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and commercial governance.
• Proficient cost planning, forecasting and reporting with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support programme commercial objectives, profitability targets and cash performance.
• Administer NEC4 contracts, including compensation events and notices.
• Manage subcontractors from procurement to final account and develop cost forecasts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities across packages.
• Provide commercial support to project teams and maintain governance compliance.
