• Experience with high-value projects and NEC3/4, JCT/SBCC contracts.
• Full driving licence.

• Lead commercial input into bid submissions and cost planning.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts and tender packages.
• Manage valuations, payments, and monitor costs against budget.
• Identify commercial risks, variations and compensation events.
• Mentor junior commercial staff and collaborate with project teams.
