Kier Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the STEP Programme team at West Burton, with hybrid working options. You will manage commercial activities, ensure value for money and support project teams while maintaining JV governance.

The role focuses on cost control, procurement and contract administration under NEC4, contributing to long-term presence at STEP through strong customer service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor or equivalent in large-scale programmes.
• Proven ability to manage cost, commercial risk and cash flow.
• Strong contract management skills under NEC/Nova contracts.

Responsabilités

• Support STEP Programme commercial objectives, profitability targets and cash performance.
• Administer NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, quotations, early warnings and change control.
