Job summary

Up Front Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a specialist remediation, earthworks and civil engineering contractor based in Leeds. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary between £65,000 and £75,000 DOE plus car allowance and pension.

You will manage project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts under NEC contracts, work closely with the delivery team, and bring a background in civil engineering, earthworks, remediation or enabling works.

Qualifications

• NEC contract experience is essential.
• Background in civil engineering, earthworks, remediation or enabling works.
• Ability to manage client and subcontractor accounts and project finances.

Responsibilities
