Job summary

Ortec Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial delivery on remediation projects across the UK. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee projects from tender through to final account, ensuring profitability and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, substantial experience with NEC and JCT contracts, and a commitment to travel across UK sites as required. The position offers a variety of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Experience managing projects commercially from tender to final account.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting and change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of projects from tender to final account.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and commercial reports.
• Administer projects under NEC and JCT contracts.
