• Strong experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Experience managing projects from tender to final account.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of projects from tender to final account.
• Prepare cost plans and monthly commercial reports.
• Administer projects under NEC and JCT contracts.
