Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with NEC3/4 and JCT/SBCC contracts.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience managing high-value projects within Tier 1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial input into bid submissions and cost planning throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts, tender packages, and ensure best value procurement.
• Manage valuations, applications, and payments while monitoring costs against budget.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, variations, and compensation events.
• Mentor junior commercial staff and collaborate with project teams and clients.
