Job summary

Millbank Holdings invites an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a portfolio of infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will manage budgets, forecasts and reports, negotiate payments and valuations, and oversee procurement of subcontract packages with a focus on NEC contract compliance.

The role supports risk management, cost control and commercial strategy, with a hybrid working pattern across Scotland and a long-term contract outlook.

Qualifications

• Qualified QS with NEC contract experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in NEC3/NEC4 and aggregated commercial reporting.
• Strong procurement, valuations and final accounts capability.
• Ability to manage multiple schemes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial responsibility for multiple civil projects across Scotland.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cashflow and reporting.
• Prepare and negotiate payments and valuations.
• Manage compensation events, variations and change control.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages and final accounts.
