Kier Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a hybrid role based in Stepps, Scotland. You will lead commercial activities from bid through final account, manage cost planning, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients and project teams.

Hours: 40 hrs per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in managing and mitigating cost and risk across high-value projects. You'll have responsibility for commercial oversight from tender through to final account, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise across the business.
