Kier Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Stepps/Hybrid team near Glasgow. You will lead commercial oversight from tender to final account, coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on budget and high standards.
You will mentor junior members and share expertise across the business. The role demands experience with Tier 1 projects, NEC3/4 and JCT/SBCC contracts, and strong negotiation and communication abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in managing and mitigating cost and risk across high-value projects. You'll have responsibility for commercial oversight from tender through to final account, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise across the business.
